  The QuickBooks accounting software was developed by Intuit  to assist   you to retain  track of all expenses in your business,  yet  as automate things like invoicing and reporting.  You'll  add new users  and provides  them permissions if  you wish   to permit   people  to access and work on your company file. However,  you would like to be logged in to your company file as an administrator to manage user and permission in QuickBooks . Steps to manage QuickBooks permissions For QuickBooks Online Select the gear icon Choose Manage Users Select New on  the proper  side of the screen Select the designation/type of the user and following the steps as specified Regular or custom user: Select Next at  the underside  right Select what access rights  you'd  like them  to own . Then select Next Enter the new user’s profile. Select Next Select Finish Company administrator: Select Next at  the underside  right Enter the new user’s profile.
